This policy explains how Shaoxing Zhongwei Textile Co., Ltd. (“Zhongwei Textile”, “we”, “us”) handles information through zhongweitex.com, its fabric-search functions and related business inquiries.
Information we receive
You can browse public fabric information and use the public Fabric Finder without creating an account. When you submit an inquiry, you may provide your name, business email, company or brand, country or market, garment application, estimated quantity, target price direction, requested timing, selected SKU and message.
Our systems may also receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page, landing path, campaign parameters, timestamps and interaction events. If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, those services process the information you send under their own policies.
How we use information
- Respond to sample, sourcing and quotation requests.
- Match buyer requirements to relevant fabric records and physical samples.
- Communicate about availability, MOQ, price direction, lead time and order requirements.
- Measure website performance, referral sources and useful content.

Fabric Finder
Public search is read-only.
The Zhongwei Fabric Finder MCP endpoint searches only public fabric records marked ready for buyer use. It does not expose ERP credentials, private customer records or unpublished commercial data. Search, fetch, comparison and sample-link tools do not submit an inquiry. If you choose to open the sample-request link, you review and submit your details through the website yourself.
Fabric results are for shortlisting. Current stock, colour, physical handfeel, usable width, MOQ, price and lead time must be reconfirmed with our team.
Analytics, storage and service providers
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand traffic and interactions. The site may use session storage to preserve referral information, including ChatGPT campaign attribution, during a visit. Website hosting, database, email delivery, ERP synchronization and security providers process information only as needed to operate these services.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to service providers working for us under appropriate obligations.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and business-contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, support the business relationship, maintain records and meet legal requirements. Technical logs and analytics may have different retention periods set by the relevant service.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
